CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES​

As your construction manager, we will work with all members of the project team in the pre-construction/design phase, providing detailed cost estimation and construction expertise, keeping a close eye on the priorities and budget of the project. When the design is completed within your budget, We will prepare bid packages and finalize pricing from our trade partners across all divisional scopes of work. Our team doesn’t award work to the lowest bidder, but rather the best team suited to provide maximum results, efficiency and expertise. Once completed, we will have a finalized scope of work, pricing, and a plan to mobilize on-site.
